Yes, we provide 3D renderings with nearly every project. Check out the Our Work page to see examples. We want you to see, feel and love the space before we start construction.

We’re based in Atlanta and typically serve Metro Atlanta, including Smyrna, Vinings, Marietta, Kennesaw, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven and Decatur. If you’re nearby and not sure, just ask—we’re happy to let you know.

Yes. For projects that require a permit, we handle the permit drawings, submission and inspections so you don’t have to wrestle with the city yourself.

It is dependent on quality of materials, aesthetic elements, features, and size/area. Cars are a great analogy - The all serve the same basic function, but can range from $20k to $100k+ depending on quality and aesthetics. With that said, a simple deck or patio generally starts around $10k, with full backyard renovations generally starting at $30k. We’re happy to chat through ballpark costs and budgets on an intro call or during a complimentary design consultation.

Schedule an intro call with us to chat about your space, wish list and budget. It’s super helpful if you can send photos before our call. From there we schedule an on site design consultation where we start developing the vision together. Our team will bring the vision together in 3D renders or even virtual walkthroughs to help us refine the design together until we are ready to build! With each design iteration, we’ll provide approximate pricing to help us stay on budget. Keep in mind the design consultation is completely complimentary. Check out Our Process page.
